Strategic Planning for the North Shuswap
Recently the North Shuswap Chamber engaged Aloka Consulting & Training Ltd to faciliatate two Strategic Planning workshops with board members and other representatives from the community. Including some members of the newly developed Shuswap Economic Development Society, North Shuswap Lions, North Shuswap Health Society, North Shuswap Christian Fellowship and representatives from the business community.
We were able to derive an Action Plan for 2020-2021 from the first session and the second session produced our Strategic Direction for 2020-2025. Below is a simplified list of what we will be working on with the community and the chamber. We believe we have compiled a thorough list of our challenges and how we can move forward with these action plans and directions.
