On April 19th there are lots to celebrate in Tsútswecw Provincial Park!
Not only is it the start of Earth Week but we are ready to welcome visitors back to the park for the 2025 season.
The Interpretive Cabin will be open to the public from 10am-2pm so that you can explore the Salmon Life Cycle displays, see if any little brown bats are nesting in the bat house, and pick up a deal on some salmon society merchandise.
Our interpretive guides will be positioned throughout the park to chat with everyone and share knowledge on the ecological succession happening, post Bush Creek East wildfires and we will have various booths and activities happening in the Plaza area beside the main parking lot. We are excited that local FireSmart representatives will be on site, as well as tables set up with BC Bat information, Invasive species and other fun earth day activities.
